The 4Square ethos is built on a ‘Back to Basics' culture. The construction industry has been driven, over recent times, to a process form filling entity and a lot of the practicality and build knowledge has been lost or pushed to one side, as a result. At 4Square we have never lost sight of what is important - compliance with Health and Safety, on time delivery and producing a quality product within budget - and these are sacrosanct to us.
To ensure that these and other elements are successfully delivered, our procedures are religiously deployed protecting 4Square, our clients and our supply chain and this is achieved without the overburden of often unnecessary administration.

This project consists of 125 new apartments for Broadway Living with the addition of a ground level Public carpark. It is being built on the existing market and car park site and will be an RC frame with 1st floor Podium transfer slab and two 12 story towers.

A West London Focus
4Square continue to dominate as principal contractors in the West London area and have a number of development sites in the pipeline for local house builder clients. Current projects include sites in Hounslow, Southall and Slough with more to come.
